Para la entrega de su mercancía el cliente debe presentar su documento de identificación personal y/o estar autorizado via escrita por el titular de la cuenta.
Para entregas vía domicilio se realizará en la dirección indicada por el cliente al momento de la apertura de su cuenta, al titular de la cuenta o cualquier persona autorizada y mayor de edad que se encuentre en el domicilio en el momento de la entrega, para lo cual bastará la firma del conduce. Incluye para entregas residenciales, edificios y oficinas con servicio de portería y/o recepción y firma del portero o recepcionista. Al firmar el documento de entrega da conformidad a la recepción de su mercancía.
El tiempo de entrega a domicilio es de 24 a 48 horas laborables luego de la solicitud y pago online del servicio para las sucursales con esta opción disponible.
El tiempo de entrega comenzará a contar a partir de la confirmación del pago, ésta será enviada a través de un mensaje a tu correo electrónico.
Al momento de recibir tu pedido, el mismo debe ser revisado cuidadosamente y reportar cualquier daño o faltante directamente al personal de entrega. No se aceptaran reclamaciones luego de ser entregada su mercancía vía counter, drive thru o delivery.
No somos responsables del funcionamiento de los artículos electrónicos y/o artículos usados.
Las entregas a domicilio no se pueden realizar en un horario exacto y en caso de que no haya nadie en el domicilio, el producto será devuelto a nuestra bodega y nos pondremos en contacto con usted para coordinar un segundo y ultimo intento de entrega a domicilio, en caso de este no ser completado el cliente deberá retirar el paquete en la oficina.
Se admitirá la reclamación de mercancías por mal estado siempre y cuando la verificación del artículo se realice frente a nuestro personal de entrega a domicilio, counter o drive thru, el empaque sea el adecuado para importación/exportación y la mercancía transportada no corresponda a artículos frágiles como cristales, espejos, adornos, pantallas, televisores, etc. o que requieran reempaque adicional para su embarque.
El reclamo debe realizarse a través de nuestro dpto. de servicio al cliente retornando el articulo a reclamar y la documentación de compra correspondiente.
El reembolso se efectuara siempre en el mismo medio de pago que utilizaste para pagar el servicio de transporte. Para el reembolso del artículo se utilizara el medio conveniente equivalente al valor declarado por la mercancía para su embarque.
No se procesan reembolsos de mercancías recibidas sin ser verificadas al momento de su entrega por el cliente en nuestro counter o vía domicilio.
