Delivery Policy

For the delivery of their merchandise, the customer must present their personal identification document and / or be authorized via written by the account holder.

For deliveries via address will be made at the address indicated by the customer at the time of opening his account, to the account holder or any authorized person and of legal age who is at the address at the time of delivery, for which will suffice the driving signature. Includes for residential deliveries, buildings and offices with porter service and / or reception and signature of the doorman or receptionist. By signing the delivery document you agree to the receipt of your merchandise.

The home delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours after the application and online payment of the service for branches with this option available.

The delivery time will start counting from the confirmation of the payment, this will be sent through a message to your email.

At the time of receiving your order, it must be carefully reviewed and report any damage or missing directly to the delivery staff. Claims will not be accepted after your merchandise is delivered via counter, drive thru or delivery.

We are not responsible for the operation of electronic items and / or used items.

Home deliveries cannot be made at an exact time and in case there is no one at home, the product will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to coordinate a second and final attempt at home delivery, If this is not completed, the client must remove the package at the office.

Clear return policies, refunds and cancellations

The claim of merchandise for poor condition will be accepted as long as the verification of the item is carried out in front of our home delivery, counter or drive thru personnel, the packaging is suitable for import / export and the transported merchandise does not correspond to fragile items such as glass, mirrors, ornaments, screens, televisions, etc. or that require additional repacking for shipment.

The claim must be made through our department. of customer service returning the item to be claimed and the corresponding purchase documentation.

The refund will always be made in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the transport service. For the reimbursement of the item, the convenient means equivalent to the value declared by the merchandise for shipment will be used.

No refunds of goods received are processed without being verified at the time of delivery by the customer at our counter or via address.
